Services

Painted environments, decorative surface craft, and consultation. For homes, restaurants, hotels, historic buildings, and the occasional fence.

Every commission is designed and painted for its site. The categories below describe how eric typically works; most projects move between two or three of them.

Painted environments built into rooms‍ ‍

Narrative interiors, theatrical hallways, trompel’oeil scenes, botanical worlds, storybook walls. Scale, light, sightlines, and palette are designed for the room, not pulled from a catalog.

Common settings: dining rooms, living rooms, primary bedrooms, nurseries, libraries, stairwells, powder rooms.

What’s included: design, surface prep, on-site painting, sealing where appropriate, clean wrap-up.

Interior Murals

Exterior Murals

Civic-scale and residential exterior work; masonry, concrete block, brick, painted fences, and garden walls. Built for weather, sealed for the conditions on site, and designed to read at a distance.

Common settings: parking-facing walls, courtyards, garden walls, residential fences, commercial buildings.

What’s included: surface assessment, primer and base coat coordination, on-site painting, UV-stable sealing, documentation.

Commercial & Hospitality Murals

Murals for restaurants, hotels, salons, boutiques, and offices; work designed to live alongside daily commerce. The studio is comfortable with stakeholder review, brandalignment, and after-hours install windows when required.

Common settings: restaurant feature walls, hotel lobbies and corridors, retail interiors, hospitality entryways, executive offices.

What’s included: design alignment with brand or interior designer, scheduling aroundoperating hours, insured on-site work, documentation for marketing.

Residential Murals

Private commissions for homeowners - often the most personal work the studio does. Many residential projects begin with a single sentence (“I want my hallway to feel like a forest at dusk”) and end as the family’s favorite room.

Common settings: children’s rooms, primary suites, dining and family rooms, hallways, kitchens, sunrooms, garden walls.

What’s included: respectful in-home conduct, low-VOC paint where occupied, daily clean-up, photo updates, sealing where useful.

Creative Consultation

A short engagement for clients who aren’t sure what the wall wants yet. Typically a 30–60-minute conversation (phone, video, or on-site) covering palette direction, scale, story, and realistic budget. Consultation fees credit toward a commission if you move forward.

Best for: interior designers scoping a project, homeowners between ideas, commercial clients planning a new build.

Investment

Typical investment Most commissions fall between $5,000 and $30,000+, depending on scale, surface, access, and complexity. Smaller specialty-finish rooms and consultation engagements start below that range; large exterior and civic commissions can run well above it. Every project receives a fixed written quotee.

Where the studio works
